0 to 19 Years Public Health Nursing Service in Bromley

The London Borough of Bromley (“the Council”) is inviting tenders for the provision of Public Health Nursing Service for Children and Young People in Bromley Aged 0 – 19 Years. The Council will be using a restricted two stage tender process consisting of: Stage 1 – Selection Questionnaire (SQ) Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender (Award Criteria) The various services contained within this tender opportunity are currently provided by two (2) different Contractors under smaller contracts. The new Service will incorporate these smaller contracts into a single Contractor with a sole Provider. Effective Public Health approaches should deliver evidence based action in the following life stages: • Best Start: Encompassing Pre-Conception until the age of Five (5); • Growing Well: Encompassing School Age Children and Young People. Importantly the actions taken should focus on parents and carers not only the children and young people through a ‘whole-family’ approach. The Healthy Child Programme is the heart of Public Health Services for children and families bringing together the evidence on delivering good health, well-being and resilience for every child. The Council is seeking Tenders from bidders who are suitably qualified and experienced with the necessary financial and management resources and capacity to provide the Service.
