Visitor Management System - Pre-Procurement Consultation Questionnaire

As part of our Procurement Strategy to support the development of our service specification, Liverpool City Council Customer Access Services and the Liverpool Cruise Terminal require a Visitor Management System at Cunard Building reception, Edge Hill Customer Focus Centre reception and the Liverpool Cruise Terminal, with the potential of the solution to be utilised across other Liverpool City Council sites. The aim of this questionnaire is to notify the market of our future plans and to gauge interest in this opportunity with suitably able suppliers. This will support and provide Liverpool City Council with a controlled and a compliant route to market that focusses on added value. Once we have engaged with the market and understand who has the expertise, capability and knowledge, a full procurement exercise will be conducted to appoint a supplier.
