Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council are seeking a replacement integrated HR and Payroll solution. The solution may be a locally hosted or a cloud based solution, but must be an established system that has delivered tangible and demonstrable benefits to other clients. Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council are seeking a replacement integrated HR and Payroll solution. The solution may be a locally hosted or a cloud based solution, but must be an established system that has delivered tangible and demonstrable benefits to other clients. The solution should have the following functionality: 1) Capable of running multiple payrolls with different paydates and payscales; 2) Capable of handling a minimum 2 200 multiposts; 3) Capable of handling pension deductions; 4) Solution must be HMRC accredited; 5) Self service function for staff; 6) Have a flexible customer generated reporting tool; 7) Have workflow management; 8) Be capable of integrating with other Council systems including Matsoft application.
