THIS SOFT MARKET TEST EXERCISE IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. This expression of interest is primarily centred around gaining interest and appetite for vendors to enter into partnership with NAFN to seek UK funding for a transformative programme to deliver an innovative UK wide law enforcement agency (LEA) capability to local authority and wider public authority fraud detection and prevention to “join up” the UK’s Law enforcement agencies ability to proactively and in real time share and collaborate “disparate” data and intelligence that holistically when joined can derive new enriched patterns of information and subsequent knowledge to support all UK law enforcement agencies .
