Provision of Printed Material

Tender description

The Authority has identified a need for printed material. The purpose of the material will be for distribution to the public to inform them on the BusConnects programme underway by the Authority. Presently, the Authority has a requirement for printed material in two different formats. These are as follows: 1. Summary Documents; and 2. Flyers. The successful Tenderer will be required to be an experienced printing contractor, and shall be required to print, supply and deliver the printed material. The two formats are to be printed by the successful Tenderer to specific quantities for each format. These are to be delivered to designated Authority locations. The quantities required for each format are the current expectations of the Authority and may change prior to contract execution. The successful Tenderer will be required to take receipt of a PDF or other file format designs and printing notes, from the Authority or the Authority’s design agencies. This will be via a Sharepoint portal, or using a similar arrangement, as determined and set up by the Authority for the project.
