Tender description

Milton Keynes Council wishes to invite suitably qualified organisations to provide a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme service. The overall purpose of the service within MK is to provide the full service offer of the HCP, with timely and appropriate access to health visiting and school nursing services. It will also address the six High Impact Areas in both health visiting and in school nursing in order to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. The service will be delivered through an integrated and innovative approach to health and wellbeing and have a significant impact for all children, young people and families (especially those needing more support), and impact on reducing health inequalities.
