The service provider by this agreement will provide to the Council and NHS Wiltshire the service, to supply a range equipment and practical services in the home enabling independent living to customers within the administrative County of Wiltshire for the Council and to patients registered with a GP who reside no more than 10 miles outside of the Wiltshire boarder for NHS Wiltshire. This notice is not a call for competition. To provide assessments and advice with qualified occupational therapists (OT) and occupational assistants (OTA) and has the facilities for people to appraise a range of different equipment and daily living aids. Visitors can refer themselves for an appointment and health and social care related organisations can signpost to the service. This is not a call for competition.
