Rapid Prototyping PCB Suite — FLIC. The University of Hull is establishing a Flood resilience innovation centre (FLIC) in the Humber Region. FLIC will provide bespoke research and collaborative innovation services to 100 local SMEs, including 54 detailed R&D project interventions, to support the development of innovative products, processes and solutions to mitigate flood risk and improve resilience and response to flood events where complete flood prevention is impossible. FLIC is funded in part by 1 900 000 GBP from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
