Kerry ETB RFT for supply of Mono and Colour Photocopiers

Tender description

Kerry ETB invites tenders for the supply of Mono and Colour Photocopiers to Kerry ETB Head Office, schools and centres, supplying new photocopiers or replacing older photocopiers. It is the intention of Kerry ETB to enter into a drawdown agreement with the winning tenderer for the purchase of mono and colour photocopiers. Under the terms of this contract, Kerry Education and Training Board will generally purchase mono photocopiers but on occasion may need to order a colour photocopier. There is an immediate requirement by Kerry ETB to purchase 1 Colour Photocopier and 2 Mono Photocopiers. An approximate additional number of 10 photocopiers may be purchased during the course of the contract, but Kerry ETB does not make any commitment to purchasing a minimum quantity. Clients are the Kerry ETB Schools / Centres and Programmes or any school/ or centre that may be created at a new location within County Kerry by Kerry ETB during the period of the contract.
