SEAI invited tender proposals for Dublin based conference facilities with suitable AV and catering to accommodate SEAI's Annual National Public Sector Conference for up to 750 delegates. This includes: plenary room set up (seated) theatre style room for 750 attendees in morning event. Up to 10 breakout rooms for between 30 and 150 delegates, preferably set up classroom style for mid morning and afternoon breakouts. Exhibition space for up to 8-10 exhibitors adjacent to registration area and catering and networking area, exhibition display space for up to 15 electronic vehicles spacious registration and catering area to accommodate the easy flow of up to 750 delegates. Parking facilities and excellent public transport links.
