Global Facilities Management and Related Services Dynamic Purchasing System - including Procurement of Generation 2 FM Services in Asia Pacific

Tender description

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) as the Authority, intends to establish a mechanism to re-procure FM service contracts across the global estate in specific packages of varying geographical and service line scope. The chosen mechanism is a new global Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We intend to run the procurement process for the global DPS concurrently with the procurement process for the first work package in the Asia Pacific region. This first work package covers a minimum of 24 FCO Posts (locations) in a minimum of 13 countries across the Asia Pacific region. Additional information: We intent to hold an initial supplier conference at the British Embassy in Singapore, on Wednesday 11th September 2019 followed by a further supplier conference in London on Monday 16th September, venue details to be advised. Each session will cover the same subject matter.
