Tender description

We are seeking a team of multi-disciplinary engineering consultants to provide Ofgem with support in assessing Network Company Business Plans and intended settlement for the RIIO GD2 Price Controls. The following sub-areas would need to be assessed by the consultants. — non-load related capital expenditure including asset replacement expenditure for the review period and the provision of their recommendation on the appropriate non load related capital expenditure allowance for that period, — load related capital expenditure for the review period and the provision of their recommendation on the appropriate load related capital expenditure allowance for that period, and — direct operational expenditure and closely associated indirect expenditure for the review period and the provision of their recommendation on the appropriate operational expenditure allowance for that period.
