Future adults residential care home service, Herefordshire - Soft Market Test

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Herefordshire Council to scope and develop existing residential care homes, a respite service and supporting living services for adults with learning disability that will support the council to meet the demands of some of the learning disability population in Herefordshire. The Council are seeking to work with a Provider who will support and ensure the model moves from a purely reactive service to include a proactive service linking into the wider communities' agenda at a locality level, working with the Council as these services are developed. The council is open to options for the services to be delivered by one provider, or for a number of providers to deliver one or more components of the service, and would therefore be interested to hear from providers with their ideas and preferences. The Council is seeking views on how future models could work which would enable efficiency and the ongoing development of this service.
