Tender description

Onward Group Ltd is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35 000 homes across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Onward are seeking to appoint a framework of suitably qualified, accredited and experienced contractors to undertake relevant fire works across the group for all 3 regions for a term of up to 4 years. The total value of the framework is approx. 10 000 000 GBP across all lots. The framework will be divided into 10 lots based on geography, value of individual works and work area. The scope of the contract is for the provision of the following within the boundaries of each group of properties: — compartimentation surveys, — active works, — passive works, — follow on and remedial works. Merseyside lot for works <20 000 GBP work streams compartimentation survey active works passive works. Merseyside value for all works valued between 20 000 GBP and 50 000 GBP work streams compartimentation survey active works passive works. Merseyside lot for works under 50 000 GBP workstreams compartimentation survey passive works. Greater Manchester Works of a value under 20 000 GBP work streams compartimentation survey active works passive works. Greater Manchester Works of a value between 20 000 GBP to 50 000 GBP work streams compartimentation survey active works passive works.
