Tender description

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) as the authority, intends to establish a mechanism to re-procure FM service contracts across the global estate in specific packages of varying geographical and service line scope. The chosen mechanism is a new global dynamic purchasing system (DPS). We intend to run the procurement process for the global DPS concurrently with the procurement process for the first work package in the Asia Pacific region. This first work package covers a minimum of 24 FCO Posts (locations) in a minimum of 13 countries across the Asia Pacific region. Subject to market engagement the DPS will include services in the following (but not limited to) sub-categories: — management services, — residential property services, — Hard FM services, — Soft FM services, — security guarding services, — project management and project delivery services, — workplace services, — other FM and real estate related services.
