Market consultation fo HCM with aim: — inform potentially interested parties of the ‘Human Capital Management (HCM) Project’ (the ‘Project’), through which Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking to procure a HCM solution, — provide the market with high level guidance on the HCM capabilities being sought by IÉ, as well as a high-level description of the current HCM environment, — obtain a deeper understanding of HCM market Participants (HCM vendors, implementers, prime contractors and advisors), their products and solutions, their implementation capabilities, as well as any existing or potential delivery partnerships that the Participant is involved with or plans to be involved with, — understand the optimum procurement strategy across key parameters including contract duration (considering the proposed phased implementation approach), single v’s multiple tender processes, and the typical cost model required to get to ‘Go Live’.
