Emergency Response Cleaning Framework

Tender description

Suitably skilled and experienced organisations to become members of a framework for Emergency Deep Cleaning and Decontamination Cleaning throughout the Trust's properties located throughout West Sussex, East Sussex and Hampshire. The requirement will generally be requested following a "dirty protest" or similar occurrence generally resulting in some form of bodily fluids being released. Service Providers may also be called upon to undertake deep cleans following an outbreak of Diarrhoea and Vomiting (D&V). Successful Service Providers will be expected to attend the requesting site within 2 - 4 hours from the time of request. The Service Provider shall have the means to provide emergency cover 24/7/365 via a single contact telephone number.
