Tender description

Swan's current construction consultants framework expires during the summer of 2019, and so as a result are seeking to set up new procurement arrangements through a Dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The DPS will be split into a number of specific lots, covering a broad range of services, some including modular housing, and will run initially to 2027 — matching the new growth strategy timings, which seek to significantly expand the construction side of the business. The DPS will be open to Swan Housing Association Ltd and any of its subsidiaries; Joint Ventures or associated companies. After a 12 month period, the DPS may also be opened up to other contracting authorities for their use if deemed appropriate to do so. Description of procurement: architectural services up from RIBA Plan of Work Stage 0: Strategic Definition to Stage 3: Developed Design including the following categories: 1) By works value; 2) By geographic location; 3) CLT and modular expertise; 4) Traditional expertise; 5) High rise/concrete frame expertise; 6) Regeneration expertise. Architectural services up from RIBA Plan of Work Stage 4: Technical Design to Stage 7: In Use: 1) By works value; 2) By geographic location; 3) CLT and modular expertise; 4) Traditional expertise; 5) High rise/concrete frame expertise; 6) Regeneration expertise. Architectural services up from RIBA Plan of Work Stage 0: Strategic Definition to Stage 7: In Use: 1) By works value; 2) By geographic location; 3) CLT and modular expertise; 4) Traditional expertise; 5) High rise/concrete frame expertise; 6) Regeneration expertise. Full range of specialist services including acoustic engineering, party wall surveyor, rights of light surveyor, environmental engineering, fire engineering, geotechnical surveying, health and safety principal designer, planning consultant, façade consultant, building surveyor, topographical surveyor, principal advisor (previously CDM). Please note: For this lot you do not need to be able to provide all services, you are able to apply for individual services within this lot.
