Tender description

The Clonturk Community College Temporary Accommodation Project consists of a two story prefabricated building (temporary) containing eight general classrooms, two computer rooms, staff room, canteen/recreational area, toilet facilities, art room, science room, guidance room, two SEN rooms, a pastoral care room, five offices and a disabled platform lift. In addition an outdoor play area will be required. To include all water, waste and utilities, fire and disability certificates. The task for the appointed Consultant will involve the production of tender documentation for the works. Evaluation of tenders and project management. Accommodation to be ready for September 2018 occupancy. Award of contract will be subject to funding approval.
