Tender description
Delivery of all cleaning requirements for the following premises: — The Campus, — Baytree school, — Herons Moor school, — Castlebatch Children’s centre, — Locking Castle Children’s centre. The contractor will be required to provide all cleaning services outlined by the partners of the campus facilities management committee (CFMC). The contract will deliver an effective cleaning service based on standards of cleanliness rather than rigid timetables of work. This covers a diverse range of mixed use buildings containing specialist lifting equipment, schools, commercial meeting space, a hydrotherapy pool and a community centre.
