Identify requirements across the business for 'Book and Pay'. This includes online shopfront, kiosk based solution (with payments), scheduling and ticketing, as well as online payments that integrate with existing payment systems. 2. Provide advice and create specification to enable the Council to go to market for a book and pay solution.
