Tender description
Procurement of a team of architects to support the delivery of a regeneration project on behalf of Golding Homes. Golding Homes are undertaking an exciting regeneration project for which an architect is required. This scheme is identified in our business plan, with the intention of applying for planning by early spring 2020 and starting with public consultation in February 2020 after initial internal feasibility work later this year. This is a one off appointment to achieve to RIBA Gateway 3.
