Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Contracting Authority’) along with its partners Torbay Council (the ‘Council’) and NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (the ‘CCG’), collectively known as the ‘Partners’, are procuring a Living Well @ Home (regulated home based care/domiciliary care) service for Torbay. The Contracting Authority are seeking to contract with a number of home care providers through an open framework agreement from 1.4.2020 for a minimum of 4 years. We currently purchase circa 7 000 hours per week and we need to develop our market to fill outstanding packages of care. We plan to periodically open the procurement for new applicants and/or lots, extending the scope beyond standard home based care/domiciliary care. The partners are planning a market engagement event for any interested party who wants to find out more about the service planned for Torbay and the procurement process.
