Tender description

The existing fridges and freezers on site are 20 years old and approaching the end of their serviceable life. In order to facilitate the installation of 5 No new fridges and freezers, some general building and electrical works are required. Location: Mortuary, Kingston Lane, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 3PN Timescale for completion of the construction work: 5 weeks The works must follow a strict sequence of building works; electrical works; dismantle and remove existing fridge/freezer; install new unit and commissioning; to ensure the mortuary remains operational
