NEPO is seeking to procure a framework contract for tyres and associated services, the purpose of this PIN is to give advance notice of the procurement and gauge market interest, as a first step NEPO will be issuing a soft marketing questionnaire to the market, please email marie.bartup@nepo.org directly to register your interest. NEPO is seeking to establish a framework contract for tyres and associated services, the existing NEPO Solution provides a compliant route to the market, providing a 24-hour a day, 7-days a week, 52 weeks of the year tyre replacement and repair service for participating contracting authorities. The current framework operates as a single supplier solution via direct award, NEPO will seek to understand alternative approaches and consider alternative lotting structures. The estimated value included in this prior information notice is based on current volumes per annum, extrapolated across a 48-month period. The value may however be subject to change on the basis that the resulting framework contract is expected to be available for use by wider public-sector organisations.
