The Better Together Care Home Conference will be held on 9th October 2019 at Margaret McMillan Tower, Princes Way, Bradford, BD1 1NN Hockney Conference Room 9.15am to 4pm As part of our continued drive to work in partnership we would like to invite you to hold a stall at The Better Together Care Home Conference to display and showcase your organisation to the care home sector in Bradford and districts. This all day conference is for all care homes and has been jointly organised by Bradford and Craven CCGs, CBMDC, Bradford Care Association and Skills for Care.
