Durham County Council (DCC) is looking to conduct a future procurement exercise for a system which will cover all statutory operational requirements and provide extensive functionality to support staff with Selective Licensing. Prior to issuing an Invitation to Tender document (ITT) the Council has decided to engage the market in a soft market test to understand what is available from suppliers and whether they fit in with what Durham County Council requires from a Selective Licensing system.
