Tender description

The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for the Churchill Cluster at the following schools: — Churchill Academy and Sixth Form, Churchill Green, Churchill, North Somerset BS25 5QN, — Churchill C of E Primary School, Pudding Pie Lane, Langford, Bristol BS40 5EL, — St Andrew's Primary School, Station Road, Congresbury, Bristol BS49 5DX, — Wrington C of E Primary School, School Road, Wrington, Bristol BS40 5NA. The contract will commence on 1.8.2019 for a period of 3 years. The approximate contract value for Churchill Academy and Sixth Form is 110 000,00 GBP plus VAT and for the 3 primary schools in the region of 45 000,00 GBP per annum for all 3 schools. This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful supplier also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision across all 4 schools. We are seeking a suitably experienced supplier who has current experience of working within primary, secondary schools and/or the HE/FE market place, ideally with a strong operational base within the west of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when needed moving forwards into this contract term. The scope of the contract covers all cleaning requirements at the schools’ premises including all holiday and periodic tasks and window cleaning. The requirements of the primary schools will be the same as for the academy, however on a smaller scale. The successful supplier will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month, thus updating the schools’ senior management teams on the contract performance.
