Tender description

Babcock DSG Ltd, acting as agent on behalf of the UK Ministry of defence, intends to place a single source framework agreement for the supply of spares and accessories for the L129 Sharpshooter Rifle with Law Enforcement Ltd at the estimated aggregate contract value of 4 500 000 GBP in sterling currency for a maximum period of 5 years. Babcock DSG Ltd, acting as agent on behalf of the UK Ministry of defence, intends to place a single source framework agreement for the supply of spares for the Sharpshooter Rifle with Law Enforcement Ltd. Duration of the contract is 5 years. The authority reserves the right to amend the framework agreement to include further in scope items, which are not materially different in character and so not substantially change the terms of the framework agreement, post contract award. Any resulting contract shall contain a set of key performance Indicators to measure performance in areas such as delivery and quality, and shall include remedies for poor performance. In accordance with the governments agenda, the authority shall publish the contract documents online in due course.
