The contracting entity intends to procure a contract for supply of professional services to support the operational excellence journey that ESB has embarked upon. ESB has setup a central continuous improvement function that has been tasked to deliver operational excellence across ESB. The central function has a dedicated team of 10, supported by teams across ESB’s business lines, to deliver improvement initiatives right across the company in all areas of our energy utility value chain. The professional support we require is to coach and deliver continuous process improvement so that both Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects are delivered and also that ESB capability in process improvement is developed and enhanced.
