Refuse recycling services

Tender description

Leeds City Council is seeking to enter into 2 separate contracting arrangements with organisations able to provide a service providing suitable containers, the collection and subsequent recycling of the following: Lot 1: Mixed Paper at all 8 of our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC’s) and numerous bring bank sites located throughout Leeds; Lot 2: Cardboard at all 8 of our HWRC’s. Please note that this is an incoming generating contract, we anticipate the income to be around 200 000 GBP over the duration of the contract (8 years). Mixed paper at all 8 of our Household Waste Sorting Sites (HWSS) and numerous bring bank sites located throughout Leeds. Cardboard at all 8 of our Household Waste Sorting Sites (HWSS).
