Tender description
The redevelopment of North Prospect has been underway for some time and Plymouth Community Homes Regeneration Company Limited (PCHR) has appointed Vistry Partnerships Limited (formerly known as Galliford Try Partnerships) for the regeneration of the final Phase of the site. The scheme is a mix of Affordable and Open Market dwellings (Units) and Vistry will work with PCHR to redevelop the site.
