PHE are looking for expressions of interest in the project described below. Please note that you will need to express an interest through PHE.Bravo and complete the details requested. The ITT will be by invitation only to those that have expressed an interest and then signed a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA) The PHE are looking to refurbish and restructure a suite of rooms to create 3 CL3 laboratories to house flexible film isolators, two large and one smaller. The refurbishment will include for a new HVAC system and controls giving the capability of isolating each lab during the fumigation period. Plant will be located externally. It is not envisaged that the Isolators will form part of this refurbishment. The civil work will include relocation of the walls, blocking of openings, laboratory finishes, Data, mechanical and electrical services etc.
