Tender description
The purpose of this tender is to establish professional, clearly defined and priced propositions and operations for a public cycle hire scheme within the Leeds district. The entire bike scheme must be provided and operated at NIL cost to the Council. The capital funding, operating costs and any subsidy for the scheme will be provided by the Contractor and their partners e.g. scheme sponsor. Leeds City Council invite bidders to propose their preferred model of Cycle Hire Station and bike hire operation including models for docked, docked plus marked geo-fenced, and lock-to systems.
