Income Management Solution & Associated Payment Services

Tender description

Leicester City Council would like to invite economic operators (“Tenderers”) to submit a tender response (“the Tender”) on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for selection of a single Contractor (“the Supplier”) to provide an Income & Payment Management Solution & Associated Services (“the Services”), on a non-exclusive basis as called off additional functionality that maybe required over the term of ten (10) years in accordance with terms and conditions set out in Schedule 2 (“the Contract”). The system will be required to take customer balances from various host systems and facilitates payments through a variety of channels.
