Tender description

Homes England own the Sideway site in Stoke-on-Trent, which is being promoted for residential development. To provide confidence to prospective site purchasers and to facilitate development, an existing un-adopted access road will need to be adopted. This will ensure that the subsequent site purchaser's residential estate roads can also be adopted when development proceeds. The appointed Consultant shall undertake investigations required by the Local Highway Authority (LHA) and agree the works required to bring the existing access road up to an adoptable standard.
