Tender description

Bord Na Mona would like to engage an occupational health service provider to facilitate occupational health service requirements as and when required including but not limited to: — pre-medical screening – comprehensive physical examination, — pre-medical screening – provision of a suitable questionnaire reviewed by medical professional, — occupational surveillance: noise, vibration and air (dust/fumes, etc.) exposure, — occupational surveillance: fumes/ dust exposure, — occupational surveillance eyesight for VDU use, — fitness to operate plant/ machinery physical medical assessment, — immediate medical assessment for workplace accidents, — shift work medicals, — return to work medicals. Expert advice and assistance for the development of risk assessments and medical criteria for fit to work/operate plant/machinery and any other job role identified.
