The London Borough of Bexley is carrying out an open tender process to appoint a provider for its new and exciting homelessness social impact bond. The Council is looking to procure a payment-by-results contract to support single homeless people who are living in temporary accommodation to access and sustain stable housing in the private rented sector. We are therefore looking to commission an outcomes-based contract that will be paid on the basis of sustained housing and well-being outcomes achieved rather than on the activities taken to achieve these goals.
