Tender description

Kingston upon Hull City Council (the authority) invited qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the local healthwatch and statutory adult's and children's advocacy services. The authority conducted the procurement using the open procedure (Reserved Contract — Regulation 77) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) under the light touch regime, for the purpose of procuring the services described in the specification (services). Suppliers wishing to tender for this service must meet all the criteria set within Regulation 77 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015. The contract for the local healthwatch and statutory adults and children's advocacy services is awarded to Hull community and Voluntary Services Ltd (Hull CVS). The contract will commence 1.10.2019 and end 30.9.2022. The services will be delivered as per the service specification/service agreement.
