Tender description

East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council are planning to re-commission refuge services for victims of domestic abuse that meet local need, and are aligned to new requirements proposed in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s recent consultation on ‘Support for victims of domestic abuse in safe accommodation’. The event will review current demand for services and provision, and outline the changes that have been proposed in the recent consultation. It will offer an early opportunity to shape potential new models, which will be tendered for a new contract/s starting on 1.10.2020. Please note that there are a maximum of 2 places available per organisation. Please report to the Main Reception of County Hall first.
