Fire Door Set Replacement & Fire Stopping

Tender description

The building where these works are to take place is a Young Person's Scheme staffed 24/7, must be mindful when working in the building. As part of our FRA works, this tender is to replace 19 door sets to Fire rated door sets (to include frames), including all fixtures and furnishings on a like for like basis. Please see attached documentation for sizes and styles. The building is 3 floors with the office on the ground floor. On the upper 2 floors, a double and single riser cupboard doors and floor/corridor door are to be replaced. On the ground floor there are, 2 entrance doors, lobby doors, laundry room, IT room, kitchen door and several office doors to be replaced. There is also fire stopping works required to be carried out in the riser cupboards. Current fire stopping to be removed and replaced. A post inspection of all works will be required and all safety data sheets must be provided to prove the materials that were used. All accreditation's and paperwork to prove you can install fire doors must be supplied with your tender. As these works need to start quickly, no site visit is allowed at this time.
