Gwynedd Council wish to appoint a contractor to carry out comprehensive inspection and servicing of the following commercial appliances: — fire alarms, — emergency lighting. The equipment specified in this tender are managed by the Property Unit, Gwynedd Council. This contract will consist of annual servicing to all the appliances for a 3 year period with the option to extend for a further 12 month period.
