Development and Delivery of a Start-Up Landscape database

Tender description

Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of the development and delivery of an online database and associated services. The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with the option to extend by two (2) additional periods of one (1) year, subject to a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. Enterprise Ireland’s vision is to create an up-to-date dynamic database that presents all the relevant supports to the entrepreneur, with relevancy of results determined by region, stage of development and market focus (e.g. FinTech). The purpose of the Start-Up Landscape database is to provide clarity to entrepreneurs at all stages of business development. It should deliver meaningful, relevant and up-to-date data for entrepreneurs looking for support.
