Choice Housing wish to appoint a main contractor to undertake the new build construction of 30 No general needs social housing units at 19a Glengormley Park, Newtownabbey for the following mix of accommodation: 26 No 5 person 3 bedroom general needs houses 4 No 7 person 4 bedroom general needs houses choice housing has appointed a design team to prepare a concept design and take this design through to planning approval. The successful contractor will develop the design from a performance specification and submit detailed proposals to choice to establish they are in accordance with the requirement of the performance specification. Choice’s design team will not be novated. Full description of the works can be found in the procurement documents.
