Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a Contractor to install a new Commercial Heating System to Applegarth Sheltered Scheme located in Cleethorpes. The indicative timescales are detailed below Item Date Issue of ITT 19 August 2019 Mandatory Site Visit 5 September 2019 at 10am Deadline for questions or clarifications 16 September 2019 at 5pm ITT Tender submission deadline 23 September 2019 at 12 noon Evaluation of Tenders by LHP By 27 September 2019 Approval for Contract Award By 27 September 2019 Contract Commencement and Start on Site October 2019 Completion of Works By 20 December 2019 - to be confirmed by programme Mandatory Site Visit The site visit is mandatory accompanied, therefore no tenders will be considered if the site visits have not been attended. Please note that no other arrangements will be made for additional site visits or alternative dates provided.
