Bristol City Council is seeking to appoint a client side employer’s agent incorporating cost consultancy services. The EA function will involve managing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion and will include regular liaison and reporting to the client. The proposed schemes considered in this procurement exercise are set out in the tender documents. However, BCC requires the cost consultant element to be priced individually as per the pricing schedules in Appendices 6A and 6B.
