Tender description

The First Ark Group consists of 7 companies that work together with the over-riding purpose of making a real positive difference to our communities and to people’s lives. This procurement exercise was led by Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) for itself and on behalf of the other members of the First Ark Group. KHT sought bids from cleaning contractors to participate in a tender process for the provision of cleaning services in the Merseyside area. Services initially required under the contract are expected to include the cleaning of First Ark offices, community centres and extra care facilities.
