Development of new sports campus for IT Carlow at Mortarstown, Kilkenny Road, Carlow. The works will be delivered over 2 separate phases. This pre-qualification competition is for Stage 2 only and the works in Phase 2 consists of the following: To be completed by main contractor: — Campus Pavilion Centre, — maintenance building and services yard, — car park, — associated site works, services and landscaping. To be completed by Reserved specialist (this SAQ) — 400 m synthetic running track certified to IAAF standards (This SAQ) Further information is available from Carlow County Council's planning reference 18/178. The works which this questionnaire relates to is the installation and certification of the synthetic running track to IAAF certification and associated drainage and ancillary works.
