The IBTS requires an Occupational Health Service to be provided and tailored for its entire staff nationally within a fully integrated service delivery approach

Tender description

The Supplier will work closely with IBTS management and Human Resources staff to provide an integrated approach to achieving healthy outcomes for staff and excellent attendance levels, in line with IBTS Policy and Procedure for Managing Employee Sickness Absence. The Supplier shall provide the IBTS with high quality advice on all occupational health and safety related matters. The supplier will work proactively with the IBTS in managing absence in line with organisational policies in this regard. The Supplier shall enable IBTS managers as far as possible to maintain and promote a healthy workforce and take preventative action to reduce ill-health and sickness absence. The Supplier shall be actively involved in developing corporate and service specific initiatives on managing absence, safety in the workplace, and creating a healthy work environment. The Supplier will liaise closely with IBTS management in providing this service.
