The City of Wolverhampton Council is conducting a soft market test to seek input from potential suppliers within the market to establish the type of software and functionality that is available for a home care electronic call monitoring solution and a scheduling/rostering solution. The City of Wolverhampton Council is conducting a soft market test to seek input from potential suppliers within the market to establish the type of software and functionality that is available for a home care electronic call monitoring solution to manage payments to our domiciliary care providers and a scheduling/rostering solution for our in house Home assisted reablement service (HARP) and how modern technology can further enhance the services. The soft market test will provide an opportunity to gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market. This is not a call for competition and as such no contract will be awarded following this exercise. The closing date for responses is 12.00 noon 10.9.2019.
